Absolutely! Our partners at Furry Friends Jupiter, a trusted organization saving lives since 1981, ensure that all our adoptable cats are vaccinated and healthy before joining us. We prioritize the health and safety of both our animals and our guests.
How do you ensure the safety of the cats and customers?
We take safety seriously at Nine Lives Café. Every cat is carefully screened and temperament-tested before joining Cat Heaven. Our staff monitors the cats daily to ensure they’re healthy, well-fed, and comfortable. If a behavioral or health issue arises, the cat is promptly quarantined and evaluated. This ensures a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone!
Can I book private events with the cats?

Are your coffee and snacks vegan or allergen-friendly?

How long can I stay during a visit?
Adults (Weekdays): $25 for 60 minutes
Kids [6-11] & Seniors 60+ (Weekdays): $15 for 60 minutes
● Additional Time: $10 for every extra 30 minutes

What is Cat Heaven, and how does it work?
Cat Heaven is the nonprofit heart of Nine Lives Café. It serves as a serene adoption center where our lovable cats can socialize with visitors and find their forever homes.
I found a cat that needs a home—can you take it in? What should I do?
Thank you for caring about a cat in need! While Nine Lives Café focuses on showcasing adoptable cats from our trusted partner, Furry Friends Jupiter, we encourage you to contact Palm Beach Animal Care and Control. They will ensure the animal is placed for adoption either at PBACC, one of their partnered shelters, or in foster care.
If you feel you must surrender your pet and have exhausted all other options, you may reach out to Furry Friends Jupiter. Pets are accepted by appointment only:

Surrender fees are as follows:
- Cats: $50
- Litters: $15 per kitten

Are there any age restrictions for visiting the café?
All we ask is that children must be accompanied by an adult to enter Cat Heaven. This policy ensures they can understand and respect the gentle care our animals require.
Do you accommodate allergies to cats or certain foods?
We’ve got you covered! If you’re allergic to cats, you’re safe from feline dander on the café side. Additionally, our menu features gluten-free, nut-free, and plant-based options for those with dietary sensitivities.
What is your refund or cancellation policy for reservations or classes?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your booking will receive a full refund. However, if you don’t cancel and don’t show up, you’ll be charged for your reservation.
Can I volunteer at Nine Lives Café?
Yes! We’re always looking for passionate individuals to help expand our mission of reducing euthanasia through increased cat adoption. Join us for community events and make a paws-itive difference!
